We are looking for a motivated, creative, and innovative individual who wants to contribute to the development of new products and help create the next generation of sportswear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participating in the development, design, and production of sports textile and compression garments
• Selecting materials for functional and sports apparel, including compression textiles
• Sourcing materials, collaborating with suppliers, and evaluating new materials
• Developing size grading systems and garment measurement charts
• Creating, testing, and evaluating prototypes
• Researching new materials and manufacturing technologies
• Contributing to the development and optimization of compression products

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• up to 2 years of hands-on experience in the development, design, or production of sports textile and compression products and apparel
• Experience in material selection for functional and sportswear applications
• Experience in sourcing, supplier collaboration, and material evaluation
• Strong understanding of garment grading processes and size specification development
• Experience in the development and optimization of compression products is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of market trends, innovative textile materials, and functional fabrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in sportswear development or production is preferred
• Experience in pattern making and working with modern CAD systems is an advantage
• Interest in new technologies, innovation, and product development
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and continuously learn
• Active knowledge of German or English (proficiency in at least one of these languages is required)
